STANDARD DELIVERY IS £6.95 (FOR UP TO 20KG) – PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 11AM AND WE’LL AIM TO DELIVER ‘NEXT DAY’ *

We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses, and our deliveries run Monday – Thursday using next day delivery service with DPD Courier.(excluding Bank Holiday Mondays). Please note we do no offer a guaranteed delivery service, and it may take 1-2 days for your cheesebox to arrive.

During transit your cheesebox will come chilled and fully insulated. This means your cheese can last up to 48 hours out of the fridge, although we always advise refrigerating as soon as you can.

Where do you deliver? Currently, we’re able to deliver to most of the UK mainland but due to transit times there are some exclusions in the Scottish Highlands, British Isles and Northern Island. If you live in any of these areas or if you’re seeing an error at the checkout when typing your postcode, please drop us an email so we can check if your area is a possibility. (some of these are a 2-day service; DPD charge more for delivery to these areas).

When will my cheesebox be delivered? We use DPD next day delivery and they’ll aim to get to you by before 7pm on your chosen day of cheese delivery. Please ensure you leave a mobile number and/or email address when you place your order with us and the DPD system will alert you to your delivery estimated time of arrival ahead of time.

Will my cheese stay fresh during delivery? Hell Yeah! Our insulation packaging and chilling packs work a treat keeping your cheese in perfect condition for up to 48hrs. So relax, your cheese is going to be just fine until you have a chance to get it into the fridge (or eat immediately on the doorstep – no judging here!)

What if I’m not in? What if there’s a delay in my delivery? No worries. That’s because your cheese will be left as per your safe place instructions entered at checkout. Our deliveries don’t require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your delicious cheese if nobody is going to be in. DPD will not attempt a re-delivery, so it’s essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order. If you aren’t at home when they call and you haven’t left safe place instructions, they will take your parcel to your local pick-up point. You’ll receive a message to inform you of this location and a security code so you can collect your parcel at your convenience. If your parcel isn’t collected within 7 days, we’ll pay for it to be returned to us and in this instance, I’m afraid we cannot send a replacement unless you place a new order with us.

Ok, but I bought this cheese as a gift for someone else… As long as you’ve left a mobile number and/or email for the recipient, they’ll get delivery updates of the estimated time of delivery ahead of time (although if it’s a surprise best to enter our own). So don’t worry, your recipient’s neighbours wont be getting free cheese.

What happens if my cheese doesn’t arrive? If your cheese hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, then please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll investigate. Please ensure you provide us with your order number. You must inform us within 24hrs if your goods arrive damaged and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.

How do I recycle my packaging? We try and use the minimal amount of packaging needed to keep your cheese safe. Any packaging that we do use is carefully thought through and can either be reused or recycled.
