Selecting our cheese at 6 months old, we cold-smoke it for at least 24 hours. No dying, painting or injecting ‘smoke’ flavour here. And you’ll notice the difference.

A rare find these days. A traditional Cheddar with a modern twist. A tasty mellow cheese made with the same milk and methods as our plain Cheddar.

Naturally cold smoked over oak chippings for 24 hours. This is a beautiful slow and gentle process giving a true smoked flavour. The burnt-umber colouration is naturally produced from the smoke. A fantastic colourful edition to your cheese board.
