Our summer sharing board incorporates a selection of our finest tasty bites, for you to create a beautiful grazing tray to share with loved ones or keep to yourself, we don’t judge.
It includes our beautiful large olive cheeseboard, ready for you to display straight away.
The delights included are :
- Our most popular Cave-aged cheddar, matured for 12 months. 3-4 of those it takes up residence in Gough’s cave, where the temperature is a consistent 11°C. The natural moisture and minerals from the atmosphere, are absorbed through the cheese cloth, giving it a uniquely earthy flavour.
- The crowd-pleasing Red Onion & Chive cheddar. Our Mellow cheddar, aged for 6-months, is the base to this delightfully flavoured cheddar.
- Black pepper & Garlic Salami from Somerset Charcuterie. The whole Tellicherry peppercorns and freshly crushed garlic compliment the natural flavour of this local free range traditional breed pork.
- Mr Filbert’s Green Olives with Lemon and Oregano. Which use the finest Greek Halkidiki olives, freshly marinated in sun-drenched lemons and delicate oregano. Containing no oil, to make it the perfect sharing snack.
- Our New Cheddar Shortbread – Traditional recipe savoury shortbread biscuits. Handmade using the only Somerset Cheddar made in the village of Cheddar
