Our Extra Mature Cheddar, which isn’t too strong, and isn’t too mild (could feature in that well loved nursery rhyme), yet mature enough for you to start finding the calcium crystals which give you the crunch so many love. We then have our Cheddar which flies off the shelves in the shop, as soon as we restock them. Our Especially Strong cheddar (is it just me that feels they need to burst into song here?)

Accompanying our delicious Cheddar is none other than the Cheddar pickle from Rose Farm. A local company based in the next village along from us, Wedmore, whose handmade products are made from natural ingredients, leaving out any artificial additions.

No cheese gift set is complete without a biscuit to accompany it, and for this we have chosen Stag bakeries sea salt and black pepper biscuits. Although, based in Bonnie Scotland, we love how Stag bakeries is still a family business even after 140 years, committed to their core values to bring their customers something less ordinary.
